Our team coordinates airport pickups for all participants. A dedicated IGS staff member and full-time bilingual guide meet each group at the arrival terminal in San José with signage and private transport ready. We handle all logistics from landing to the hotel.
Participants should arrive at Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José on the program start date. Departure is from Daniel Oduber International Airport (LIR) in Liberia on the final day, after the beach portion of the tour. Detailed arrival windows and flight recommendations are shared 60 days before the trip.
No, international flights are not included in the program fee. The Costa Rica tour uses an open-jaw itinerary (arrive SJO, depart LIR), which most major airlines support. We're happy to recommend travel agencies experienced with team travel to Costa Rica.
Yes, all ground transportation in Costa Rica is included, private bus transfers between San José, La Fortuna / Arenal, and the Pacific Coast, plus daily transport to training facilities, matches, and excursions.

Optional training sessions are led by a Costa Rican professional coach with experience in the country's top football pyramid. Sessions are designed to immerse your players in Central American football culture.
Teams play up to 3 international friendlies against carefully matched Costa Rican opposition, with an optional professional game on arrival night (schedule dependent).
We train at first-class facilities in the San José area used by Costa Rican club academies, with natural grass pitches, locker rooms, and full support amenities.
