Brazil Women's
World Cup Experience 2027

Our team coordinates airport pickups for all participants. A dedicated IGS staff member meets each group at the arrival terminal in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo with signage and private transport ready. We handle all logistics from landing to the hotel.

Participants should arrive at Rio de Janeiro / Galeão International Airport (GIG) or São Paulo / Guarulhos (GRU) on the program start date, depending on the itinerary. Departure is from the same airport on the final day. Detailed arrival windows and flight recommendations are shared 60 days before the trip.

No, international flights are not included in the program fee. This allows teams to book from their preferred departure city and take advantage of group rates. We're happy to recommend travel agencies experienced with team travel to Brazil.

Yes, all ground transportation in Brazil is included, from airport transfers to daily private transport between the hotel, training facilities, stadiums, and cultural activities.

Our Brazil programs are designed for competitive club and college-level teams. We tailor training intensity and match opponents to your team's level, ensuring a challenging but appropriate experience for all participants.

Training sessions are led by experienced Brazilian coaches with professional and youth development backgrounds at top Brazilian clubs. Our coaching staff is hand-selected to deliver high-level tactical and technical instruction.

Teams typically play 3-5 competitive matches against local Brazilian club academies and university teams. Opponents are carefully selected to match your team's age group and competitive level.

We train at professional club facilities in Brazil, including venues used by Brazilian Série A teams. All venues feature high-quality natural grass pitches, locker rooms, and support amenities.
