How are the children’s arrivals managed?

We provide detailed instructions and support for arrivals. Our team will be at the airport to greet participants and ensure a smooth transfer to the accommodation.

When and where should participants arrive/depart?

For the one-week pack, participants should arrive at Ezeiza Airport in Buenos Aires on the start date and have a return ticket for the end date. For custom experiences, arrival and departure dates will be arranged based on your team's schedule.

Is the flight included in the price?

No, flights are not included in the trip price.

Is transport of the participants to the residence included?

Yes, all necessary transportation, including airport transfers, is included.

Can parents travel on the official team bus?

Yes, parents can travel on the team bus when arranged in advance.

Do I need a visa to attend the trip?

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Please check with your local Argentine consulate for specific requirements.

How much money should children be given?
